In addition to the above tanks, a dedicated 66 KV substation unit, a pump house unit with 8 1.2 MW electro pumps, a crude oil flow measurement unit for input and output, Tank Gauging System to control crude oil inventory inside the tanks, a room Mechanized control for receiving and sending crude oil, automatic valves (Motorized Operation Valve), crude oil recovery system from possible pollution (Oily Water), equipped laboratory to perform various tests related to the physical and chemical properties of crude oil received and sent from Among the facilities and equipment of Omid Reservoir.
According to the policy and strategy of the Ministry of Oil of the Islamic Republic of Iran regarding the removal of restrictions from the Kharg oil terminal and the increase of the country's export capacity, in the year 1400 crude oil will be transferred to the Jask export terminal through several routes using the 1000 km Gore- JASK was successfully completed, and in this project, Omid Reservoir Pump House was used as a substitute due to the fact that the number one pump house of the oil company was not ready.
The Omid Reservoir has provided suitable conditions for creating a work environment and removing deprivation in the region by using the power of experienced, expert and local forces, and according to the existing infrastructure, it has the possibility of increasing the capacity from 10 to 20 million barrels.
